Operational Governance
Advisory
Helping organizations explain, reconstruct, and improve evidence-backed operational decision making.
Who this is for
Organizations that must answer operational questions later. If your organization has to explain AI-assisted decisions, operational changes, governance actions, or exceptions — to a board, a regulator, an auditor, a court, or a client — this practice exists for you. Our engagements are typically sponsored by the person accountable for the answer: CFOs, Chief Risk Officers, internal audit leaders, compliance officers, general counsel, COOs, and AI governance leads.
What we help you evaluate
Eight questions decide how well an organization can answer for its operational decisions. Our assessments score your organization against each — citing only what your team demonstrates, never what anyone assumes.
Services
Thirty minutes. You describe the questions your organization has to answer; we tell you honestly whether our work fits — including when it doesn’t.
Stakeholder interviews, problem framing, preliminary observations, and a plain recommendation on whether a full assessment is worthwhile. Sometimes we recommend not proceeding — that recommendation is part of the product.
Sold only from a completed assessment’s roadmap: target operating model and architecture engagements, platform pilots, and quarterly reassessment advisory. We sell judgment and evidence — never labor by the hour.
How engagements work
Why evidence, replay, and posture
Traditional advisory sells judgment. We sell judgment grounded in operational evidence: what changed, why it changed, what evidence supports it, and whether the prior state can be reconstructed. Our own platform demonstrates these mechanics publicly — you can perform a byte-identical replay yourself, right now, in our public demonstration. We hold our own work to the same standard: our first assessment was of ourselves, and we published the imperfect score.

RST Advisory provides assessment, analysis, operating-model design, technical evaluation support, and implementation planning. It does not provide legal, tax, financial, or audit opinions, and it does not certify compliance with any law or standard. Assessments produce findings and roadmaps based on evidence reviewed during the engagement — and may honestly conclude that you don’t need us.
