1V evaluates decisions deterministically, enforces rules that block violations, and produces a tamper-evident receipt for every outcome, Ed25519-sealed on publication. It does not suggest or recommend—it decides what is allowed under explicit rules and blocks everything else.
1V does not rely on external AI or LLMs to produce final decisions. All logic is internal, deterministic, and auditable. An optional shadow awareness layer can evaluate anomaly signals, but this layer never influences the final outcome.
Fail-closed means that if access is revoked, payment fails, or enforcement conditions are not met, the system blocks execution immediately. There is no fallback that allows unauthorized requests through.
Every 1V decision produces a tamper-evident receipt; when sovereign publication completes it is sealed with Ed25519 and marked Published (Pending until then). You can verify any decision at any point in time without relying on 1V itself.
Unlike probabilistic systems, 1V produces the same result for the same input every time. There is no drift, no hidden model updates, and no unexplained variance. This makes outcomes auditable, reproducible, and legally defensible.
1V is not priced against software tools. It is priced against compliance failure, audit cost, and regulatory exposure. If one incorrect decision costs more than $99, 1V pays for itself immediately.
1V runs on a physically controlled execution node with no external network dependencies. Decisions are made internally and recorded in tamper-evident receipts—sealed with Ed25519 by an isolated signing authority at publication—and do not pass through third-party infrastructure.
Yes. Every decision produces a tamper-evident receipt with a trace ID, sealed with Ed25519 once published. You can verify the signature, the decision, and the rule that triggered it without requiring access to 1V internals.
