Terms of Service

By using an RST website, purchasing an RST product, or using Atlas, you agree to these Terms of Service and the posted Privacy Policy. If you use a service for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for that organization.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. Atlas for QuickBooks is intended for authorized business use.

The initial Atlas for QuickBooks service is an Invoice Payment Support check. One completed check covers one authorized QuickBooks company, one selected invoice, the linked payment evidence required by the service contract, one Atlas evidence assessment, and one result card.

Atlas evaluates what the available authorized record supports for the stated review. It may identify support, contradiction, conflict, missing evidence, or an unresolved condition.

Atlas for QuickBooks V0 is read-side. It does not edit QuickBooks records, close invoices, issue payments, certify the correctness of books or settlement, or grant authority to act.

• connect only a company and records you are authorized to access;
• provide accurate account, purchase, and support information;
• protect your credentials and promptly report suspected misuse;
• review the result, evidence boundaries, and limitations before relying on it; and
• make your own accounting, legal, tax, operational, and business decisions.

You may not attempt to bypass tenant or company boundaries, introduce malicious code, probe credentials, interfere with the service, misrepresent an Atlas result, or use Atlas to violate law or another person's rights.

RST does not provide bookkeeping, accounting, tax, legal, audit, assurance, attestation, or financial advice through this service. An Atlas result is a bounded assessment of the available record for a stated purpose. It is not an audit opinion, certification, guarantee of objective truth, or instruction to act.

The current planned experimental launch price is $19 USD per completed Invoice Payment Support check. Paid access opens only after RST completes production billing qualification. The checkout or order page will show the applicable price, currency, taxes, delivery terms, and refund treatment before you purchase.

A request that cannot be completed because RST's service is unavailable will not be represented as a completed check. Duplicate-charge and refund questions may be sent to Atlas Support.

QuickBooks and Intuit are third-party services. Your relationship with them is governed by their terms. RST is responsible for Atlas and its own conduct; RST does not control the availability, accuracy, or policies of a third-party platform.

RST and its licensors retain rights in Atlas, 1V, the website, documentation, product design, software, and service outputs. Subject to these terms and payment where applicable, RST grants you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use a delivered result for your internal business purposes.

You retain rights in records and content you lawfully provide. You grant RST permission to process that material only as needed to deliver, secure, support, and administer the requested service under these terms and the Privacy Policy.

We may limit or suspend access to protect customers, enforce these terms, respond to legal obligations, or address security and operational risk. You may disconnect a connected service and request account closure through Atlas Support.

We may change or discontinue a pre-release feature. Material changes affecting a paid service will be communicated as required.

To the extent permitted by law, RST services are provided on an “as available” basis. RST does not warrant that every source record is accurate, complete, current, or free of conflict, or that every assessment will resolve the underlying business issue.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, RST is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from use of the service or from a decision made outside the service's stated authority boundary.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and applicable United States law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with jurisdiction in Pennsylvania may hear disputes unless applicable law requires another forum.

We may update these terms. We will change the effective date and provide additional notice where required. Continued use after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
